At Tsukiboshi Manufacturing, we have created a manufacturing line that has both sophisticated processing capability and a minimal number of manufacturing steps, with a flexible layout that can be altered according to the ever-changing state of our orders, while at the same time thoroughly analyzing the production capacity of the processing machines and the number, materials and shapes of products for processing.
Furthermore, we are always trying to improve our productivity and quality, through measures such as reducing the time spent on each process, and making sure our engineers are always striving to be better at what they do.
