Cold forming is an advanced technique in which a multistage heading machine is used to carry out repeated plastic deformation on metal materials at room temperature, in order to create products with complex shapes.
It is a core technique that we use to process a range of materials or shapes in combination with the processes of cutting, grinding, heat treatment and surface treatment which complete our comprehensive system. We have been highly commended by customers in Japan and around the world for the excellent quality of our products made to high specifications."

Striving for even higher value by manufacturing our own processing machines and dies in-house.
We use processing machines developed in-house or purchased machines that we have modified to our requirements, as well as dies that we have designed and manufactured ourselves.
By providing our own dies and machinery and equipment necessary for manufacturing, we are able to create even higher value-added products.

With the continuing globalization of the automotive and motorcycle industries, we have expanded into the European and American markets, and in order to create a steady supply of high quality products, we have attained the International Quality Standard ISO9001, the International Environment Standard ISO14001, and the Automotive industry Quality Management System Standard IATF16949.
