Our environmental preservation efforts are numerous, from promoting resource and energy conservation, to ‘clean’ manufacturing processes, to our acquisition of ISO14001 accreditation. All this is done to make a brighter future in which companies and nature can coexist in harmony.
Environmental approach
The implementation of resource conservation through cold forming,and energy conservation through power savings.
We inherently promote the conservation of resources in our manufacturing, where cold forming, as a core technique, does not waste materials. We also actively try to reduce and recycle offcuts and fragments leftover from the manufacturing process. We have also set up an in-house Energy Conservation Committee, to try and involve the whole company in conserving energy.
Clean' manufacturing which doesn't produce unprocessed wastewater, oily smoke or excessive noise.
In consideration of the surrounding environment, we clean wastewater containing oil etc in a processing unit, collect oily smoke containing soot in a smoke collection unit, and reduce excessive noise with sound-proof covers fitted over processing machines etc.
Acquisition of ISO14001 accreditation achieved so we can continue being an eco-friendly company.
To reduce our impact on the environment from our business activities, and with the aim of becoming an active ‘ecological company’ we acquired the international environmental standard ISO14001 in August 2003. Furthermore, by re-evaluating our environmental aims each year, we can improve and maintain the efficacy of our environment management systems.

- In order to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities and realize a carbon-neutral and recycling-oriented society, we will focus on the following items.
- Actively participate in the development of customer's environmentally oriented products and provide component parts.
- We will conduct production activities using processes with less environmental impact, centered on cold heading technology.
- Promote the development and improvement of facilities with less environmental impact.
- Promote resource and energy conservation.
- Promote waste reduction and recycling.
- We will comply with all laws, regulations, and other requirements we have agreed to regarding environmental protection.
- We will establish environmental objectives and targets for each fiscal year and continuously improve the effectiveness of our environmental management system.
- This Environmental Policy will be widely disclosed outside the company to promote communication with the local community.
